Vehicle Service Contract

All components included in SELECT COVERAGE PLUS:

Steering – Steering Gear Box or Rack and Pinion Gear Housing and all internally lubricated parts; Power Steering Pump; Steering Knuckles; Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, Tie Rod Ends; Drag Link; Upper and Lower Steering Column Shafts and their Couplings. Seals and Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair or replacement of a Covered Part unless Optional Seals and Gaskets has been selected and the box marked Seals and Gaskets is checked on the Registration Page. If your Odometer Mileage at the time of sale on the Registration Page is between 125,001 and 200,000 miles, your Coverage will be limited to the Select Coverage and will not cover Seals and Gaskets or Wear and Tear.

Brakes – Non-ABS Master Cylinder; Vacuum Assist Booster; Disc Brake Caliper; Wheel Cylinders; Compensating Valve; Brake System Hydraulic Lines and Fittings. Seals and Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair or replacement of a Covered Part unless Optional Seals and Gaskets has been selected and the box marked Seals and Gaskets is checked on the Registration Page. If your Odometer Mileage at the time of sale on the Registration Page is between 125,001 and 200,000 miles, your Coverage will be limited to the Select Coverage and will not cover Seals and Gaskets or Wear and Tear.

Cooling – Engine Cooling Fan and Motor; Water Pump; Fan Clutch; Radiator.

Fuel Delivery – Fuel Delivery Pump; Fuel Injection Pump; Fuel Injectors; Fuel Tank; Metal Fuel Delivery Lines.

All components included in SELECT & SILVER COVERAGE PLUS:

Air Conditioning/Heating – Condenser; Compressor; Compressor Clutch and Pulley; Evaporator; Expansion Valve; Blower Motor; Heater Core. The following parts are also covered if required in connection with the repair of a Covered Part listed above: Accumulator/Receiver Dryer and Orifice Tube. Seals and Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair or replacement of a Covered Part unless Optional Seals and Gaskets has been selected and the box marked Seals and Gaskets is checked on the Registration Page. If your Odometer Mileage at the time of sale on the Registration Page is between 125,001 and 200,000 miles, your Coverage will be limited to the Select Coverage and will not cover Seals and Gaskets or Wear and Tear.

Front and Rear Suspension – Upper and Lower Control Arms; Control Arm Shafts and Bearings or Bushings; Upper and Lower Ball Joints; Radius Arm and Bushings; Torsion Bars and Mounts or Bushings; Stabilizer Bar, Links, and Bushings; Spindle and Spindle Support; Wheel Bearings. Seals and Gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair or replacement of a Covered Part unless Optional Seals and Gaskets has been selected and the box marked Seals and Gaskets is checked on the Registration Page. If your Odometer Mileage at the time of sale on the Registration Page is between 125,001 and 200,000 miles, your Coverage will be limited to the Select Coverage and will not cover Seals and Gaskets or Wear and Tear.

Electrical – Alternator; Voltage Regulator; Starter Motor; Solenoid and Drive; Engine Wiring Harness; Transmission Wiring Harness; Ignition Switch; Front and Rear Window Wiper Motor and Switch; Washer Pump and Switch; Headlamp Switch; Turn Signal Switch; Rear Defogger Switch; Heater/AC Blower Speed Switch; Manual Heater/A.C. Control Head, Power Window Motor and Switch; Power Door Lock Actuator and Switch.

This coverage level most mirrors the manufacturer warranty.

All parts and labor are covered with these exceptions:

For any of the following parts: Carburetor, battery, battery cables, shock absorbers, struts, manual transmission clutch assembly (friction clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out and pilot bearing), throttle body, manual and hydraulic linkages, transmission cables, drain and fill plugs, safety restraint systems (including air bags), glass, lenses, headlamps, projection lamp assemblies, sealed beams, light bulbs, lights/LED fuses, fuses, circuit breakers, defroster grid, break rotors and drums, exhaust system, catalytic converter, emission components, windshield wiper arms, trim, moldings, bright metal, chrome, upholstery and carpet, zippers, nuts, bolts, fasteners, freeze plugs, glow plugs, cup holders, ash tray, dash pad squeaks, rattles, water leaks, wind noise, seat frames, seat frame recliner mechanism, paint, outside ornamentation, inside and outside door handles, hinges, mirror housings, lift gate and hood supports, vents, compact discs, digital video discs, phones, hubcaps, bumpers, body sheet metal and panels, body parts, frame, brackets and structural body parts, vinyl and convertible tops, tires and wheels/rims/studs.

*Exclusionary Coverage

SEALS AND GASKETS COVERAGE – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Seals and Gaskets” is checked on the Registration Page, Seals and Gaskets are covered both in conjunction with the repair or replacement of a Covered Part and as the primary cause of failure. Minor loss or seepage of fluid is considered normal and does not qualify for Coverage. If your Odometer Mileage at the time of sale on the Registration Page is between 125,001 and 200,000 miles, your Coverage will be limited to the Select Coverage and will not cover Seals and Gaskets or Wear and Tear.

LIFT KIT COVERAGE – If You have selected the Optional Coverage and the box marked “Lift Kit” is checked on the Registration Page, Lift Kit modifications of six (6) inches or less are accepted on all Coverage levels provided the modifications are installed by the dealer or dealer authorized facility at the time of Vehicle sale. This Optional Coverage only allows for the acceptance of body/frame or suspension lift modifications and does not provide coverage for anybody/frame or suspension lift kit part(s) or assemblies.

WEAR AND TEAR COVERAGE – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Wear and Tear” is checked on the Registration
Page, the Definition for Breakdown is deleted entirely and replaced with:
Breakdown means the failure of any original or like replacement part covered by this Service Contract to perform its intended function(s) in normal service, provided it has received all scheduled maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer in the Owner’s Manual.

HIGH-TECH COVERAGE – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “High Tech” is checked on the Registration Page, the following parts are covered by this Contract: Variable Dampening Suspension Compressor, Control Module, Actuator, Solenoid, Height Sensor and Mode Selector Switch; Computerized Timing Control Unit; Distributor; Ignition Coil; Oxygen Sensor; Knock Sensor; Camshaft and Crankshaft Angle Sensors; Automatic Climate Control Programmer; Electronic Instrument Cluster; Electronic Combination Entry System (does not include Transmitters and Receivers for Remote Locks); Cruise Control Module, Transducer, Servo, Amplifier, and Engagement Switch; Power Seat Motor and Switch; Power Antenna Motor; Convertible Top Motor; Power Sunroof Motor; ABS Brake System Electronic Control Processor; ABS Master Cylinder; Wheel Speed Sensors; Hydraulic Pump/Motor Assembly, Pressure Modulator Valve/Isolation Dump Valve, and Accumulator; Hardware for factory installed In-Vehicle Communication Systems and Satellite Radio.

LUXURY ELECTRONICS COVERAGE – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Luxury Electronics” is checked on
the Registration Page, the following parts are covered by this Contract: Electronic and Satellite Transmitting/Receiving Devices (except Hardware for factory-installed In-Vehicle Communication Systems); GPS/Navigation Hardware; DVD players and LCD Screens; Backup/Reverse Sensors; Rear-view Camera.
Coverage for all Luxury Electronics is limited to factory-installed base units only.

TIRE/SUSPENSION OPTION – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Tire/Suspension” is checked on the Registration Page, your Vehicle will be covered and eliminated the Exclusion for Oversized or Undersized tires. The total diameter of a tire and wheel may not differ from the manufacturer’s specification by more than ten (10%) percent and provided the manufacturer’s vehicle warranty is not voided by said Oversize/Undersized tires. Tires greater or less than recommended by the Vehicle Manufacturer will require the odometer to be re-calibrated to reflect the correct mileage on said vehicle and to be eligible, documentation/proof of odometer recalibration will be required prior to any Claim Authorization.

COMMERCIAL USE OPTION – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Commercial Use” is checked on the Registration
Page, your Vehicle will be covered as defined in the Definitions section of your Contract.

SNOW PLOW OPTION – If You have selected this Optional Coverage and the box marked “Snow Plow Package” is checked on the Registration Page, your Vehicle will be covered as defined in the Definitions section of your Contract.
